John and Geneva Heaman live near Kincardine, Ontario and have been performing as a team since the late 90's. They play many venues (dances/shows) with their own band, house bands, or can perform classic country songs as a duo with John on rhythm guitar singing lead, and Geneva on bass guitar singing harmony.

They are in high demand by service and hobby clubs and corporate parties to provide musical/comedy variety shows. John is a seasoned entertainer in stand-up comedy, M.C. work and ventriloquism. They frequently appear on the CKNX Barn Dances, "Canada's Largest Travelling Barn Dance".

Geneva is from the Trenton area and grew up in a family steeped in entertainment. Her father was a favorite performer in music and comedy. Geneva and her family sang in church choirs, and sang and danced in local variety shows.

John hails from Exeter, Ontario and stands only 4'-6" tall. He learned piano at an early age and later taught himself fiddle, and within 6 months was playing in dance bands. John went on to tour with the "Stars of the Grand Ole Opry Road Show", and worked with Minnie Pearl, Grandpa Jones, Little Jimmy Dickens, Tom T. Hall and Whispering Bill Anderson to name a few. He performed at many International Plowing Matches for major sponsors such as New Holland and Allis-Chalmers. John is a direct descendant of the legendary silent movie actress Mary Pickford.

John and Geneva are willing to travel any distance to fulfill your entertainment needs.
